We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation aircraft.
Curriculum Developer, Bell Training Academy
We are looking for a highly skilled Curriculum Developer to join our team at Bell, Textron Inc. In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing educational programs and instructional materials that meet the diverse needs of our learners.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and stakeholders to create engaging and effective curricula that enhances the learning experience.
This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
What you'll be doing as a Curriculum Developer:
Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in existing curricula and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and educational best practices.
Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and instructional materials that align with educational standards and organizational goals.
Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
Implement innovative instructional strategies and assessment techniques that promote active learning and critical thinking.
Evaluate the effectiveness of curricula through data analysis, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for instructors on curriculum implementation and best practices.
Qualifications
Skills You Bring to This Role:
Strong understanding of educational theories, instructional design models, and assessment strategies.
Experience with multiple learning platforms and technology integration in curriculum design.
Familiarity with standards-based education and regulated curriculum requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field required. Master's degree in curriculum development, instructional design, or related educational roles preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design required
