Cyber Security

The Cyber Security IAM Analyst will be responsible for advancing the mission of implementing automation capabilities in Bell's Identity Management solution, EmpowerID, to ensure scalable IAM services for future growth at Bell. EmpowerID features modern technologies such as machine learning and advanced IAM capabilities. This position will focus on performing systems analysis, software configuration & development, Q/A testing and testing automation. To be successful in this role you should have strong technical focus and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing as a Cyber Security IAM Analyst

• Understand and adhere to cybersecurity, IAM, and compliance principles and best practices.
• Identify, architect, and develop automation solutions that reduce human manual efforts.
• Perform systems analysis and software configuration to implement new features and functionality into the EmpowerID solution improving its usability, performance, and application integrations.
• Develop and execute both manual and automated unit, regression, integration, and acceptance tests of the Passport application.
• Develop a strong understanding of application provisioning to serve as a liaison between the EmpowerID developers and the administrators of the solution.

Qualifications

Skills You Bring to This Role

• Experience developing with Microsoft SQL and PowerShell.
• A basic understanding of Active Directory and access control fundamentals.
• Familiarity with development, collaboration, and testing tools (JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Microsoft Excel.

What You Need to be Successful

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant degree.
• 2 years experience working in an IT department or other IT related field
