We are seeking EXPERIENCED candidates to become a part of our team!!!
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- General "Make Ready" of rooms including sheetrock repair and painting
- Experience with all interior plumbing and electrical a MUST
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Daily grounds pickup
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Multi-Family property maintenance
- Mastered use of hand-held tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Have own tools for regular maintenance
- Have your own reliable transportation
- Have a smartphone with unlimited data
- Able to pass a background check
- Knowledge of boilers/chillers a plus but not required (Pay will be based on experience)
This candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the property. Willing to work "on-call".
Pay determined on skill set and experience.
Pay will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, get Paid Holidays after 90 days, and will be eligible for dental and vision insurance.
