What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech with Make Ready Skills - Tulsa position at Bella Asset Management?
We are looking for candidates that are personable, energetic and self-motivated to join our team. This person will help maintain apartment complexes in Tulsa, OK.
We currently own 4 complexes in Tulsa. Our maintenance team works together to cover all properties. You would be based out of one location but could work between others as needed.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED candidates to become a part of our team!!!
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- General "Make Ready" of apartments including sheetrock repair and painting
- Experience with interior plumbing and electrical a must
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Pick up grounds
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Multi-Family property maintenance
- Mastered use of hand-held tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Have own tools for regular maintenance
- Have your own reliable transportation
- Have a smartphone with unlimited data
- Able to pass a background check
- Pool Certification a plus but not required
- Knowledge of HVAC a plus but not required
This candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the property. Willing to work "on-call" on a rotating basis and including some Saturdays. We always work Rent Week Saturday.
Pay determined on skill set and experience.
Pay will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, get Paid Holidays after 90 days, and be eligible for vision and dental insurance.
