Duties

- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and families about available services, rights, and advocacy strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Assist clients with daily living activities as needed, including vital sign monitoring and CPR when required.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for individuals with autism, dementia, and other special needs.
Skills
- Strong understanding of working with individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities.
- Experience in social work or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of long-term care options and community resources available for individuals with special needs.

Pay: $22.91 - $24.83 per hour
