Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships. This role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand and align their business objectives with BELLA CANVAS objectives and goals. This candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that exceed client and brand expectations.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and effective communication.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through BELLA CANVAS branded marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing strategies, campaign planning, and budget allocation to achieve our combined business objectives.
Project Management:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, digital, and analytics, to ensure timely delivery of new projects and campaigns.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with Sales partners and their clients to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with their business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic recommendations and enhance client campaigns.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, summarizing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop actionable insights and optimization strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with experience in industries such as retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consulting services preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
