Overview:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the BELLA CANVAS owned organic social media channels, interacting with our digital community and supporting the digital marketing department at large. This role involves strategizing about content creation, supporting email marketing, monitoring conversations, analyzing performance metrics, team project management and staying abreast of industry trends to optimize social media presence and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with content manager, digital marketing manager and agency partners to execute organic social campaigns.
- Collaborate on content creation (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice, values, and target audience preferences.
- Email and content briefing, ticketing within asana and follow up with cross departmental POCs
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to user inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and user feedback, identifying opportunities and insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.
- Utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Insights) to track key performance indicators, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Surface project bottlenecks early and often to digital marketing leadership as needed
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, features, and best practices, recommending innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and user behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Support Director of Digital and influencer agency partner by briefing in new campaigns and tracking projects to completion
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of social media content, aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, summarizing social media performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and issues raised on social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in social media & digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Comfortable copywriting, editing, and collaborating on stories.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Dash Hudson) and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and results effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and basic video editing skills are advantageous.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
