Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers for our products or services through various marketing channels and strategies, including cold calling. This is an in-person job where you will utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
• Identify target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Utilize cold calling, digital marketing channels, social media, email marketing, and other online platforms to reach potential customers.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and messages that resonate with the target audience.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize acquisition strategies.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide regular reports and updates on customer acquisition activities to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales, or marketing roles, with a focus on cold calling.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
