Position Overview: The Wedding Venue Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of wedding events at our venue. From initial consultations to the final send-off, you will ensure the seamless execution of each event, working closely with clients, vendors, and our in-house team to bring the couple’s vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for couples throughout the wedding planning process.
- Coordinate logistics for weddings, including timelines, vendor communication, and venue setup.
- Conduct client meetings.
- Assist couples with vendor recommendations.
- Ensure that all event details are finalized and communicated to the appropriate team members.
- Oversee on-the-day event coordination to ensure smooth execution (e.g., ceremony and reception timelines, vendor arrival, and setup).
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and resolve them in a professional and calm manner.
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients and guests.
- Maintain inventory and supplies for the venue, ensuring everything is in excellent condition.
- Ensure venue policies are communicated, and followed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event coordination or wedding planning is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients.
- Knowledge of wedding trends and best practices.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
