Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Spa Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring operational excellence within a luxury spa environment. This role combines sales strategy, business operations, and team leadership to enhance customer experience, maximize efficiency, and achieve financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive spa revenue through memberships, treatments, and retail products.
- Drive retail and spa service sales to increase revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Lead the marketing strategy and implement promotions and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Build relationships with high-value clients and corporate partners to increase bookings and sales.
Operations Efficiency:
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Manage inventory levels for retail products and treatment supplies, optimizing stock control.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership Training:
- Lead and motivate the spa team.
- Conduct training on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to drive team success.
Customer Experience & Retention:
- Enhance guest experiences by ensuring exceptional service and personalized
recommendations.
- Develop loyalty programs and retention strategies to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications Skills:
- Electrology or Aesthetic license highly preferred.
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish, English) highly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, spa management.
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Vagaro is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service standards.
