We have two 16-bed homes on site, and we are one of the best memory care teams you'll find anywhere. The resident outcomes here are really small miracles, and they are all based in a foundation of extensive dementia training and knowledge.

We strive to hire the best people and keep a 1 caregiver to every 4 resident staffing ratio. That's why we need you!

Because of our high staffing ratio of 1 to 4 (best-in-class for communities our size), our caregivers are able to:

• Spend quality time with residents
• Take time with care activities

• Do activities with residents
• Talk with families

Day to day responsibilities include (ADL) care tasks, general community tasks like laundry and light housekeeping, preparing breakfast or other meals, doing activities, going for walks with residents, medication assistance, and loving on residents.

We pay competitive wages ($14-$16/hour depending on dementia knowledge) and a bonus every six months as well as profit-sharing for full-time employees.

In order to qualify for a job here, you must pass a background check, drug screen, and successfully complete our 13-week dementia training program. The full-time schedule is 4 days on, 2 days off. .

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
