- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care or as a Personal Care Assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid techniques and patient monitoring practices is essential.
- Familiarity with hospice care principles and memory care strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings such as group homes or private residences.
