Full-Time Nanny Needed – San Francisco
A family in San Francisco is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and proactive nanny to care for their 3 month old baby while the mother returns to work in April. This is a full-time position with a minimum commitment of one year, with the potential to extend. The father is overseas for a few months, and the mother will be working from home in a separate room.
Position Details:
- Location: San Francisco (near CPMC)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with some flexibility)
- Start Date: ASAP (within the next few weeks)
- Commitment: Minimum one year, possibly longer
- Pay Rate: $27 – $35 per hour, depending on experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional nanny experience, with a strong background in infant care
- Proactive & Knowledgeable: Familiar with age-appropriate milestones and able to engage the baby in developmentally appropriate activities
- Must have current CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be willing to pass a background check or already have one
- Pet-Friendly: Comfortable with two small dogs and willing to reinforce their ongoing training commands if needed
- Independent & Reliable: Able to take initiative while the mother works from home in a separate room
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish-speaking is a plus
- License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required (no need to drive for the job)
Compensation & Benefits:

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
