We are looking for a skilled and creative Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, leadership, and food service management. ## Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are produced consistently
- Manage inventory control and implement effective inventory management practices
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Coordinate banquet events and ensure seamless food service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to specified recipes and portion sizes

## Skills
- Proven experience in food production, menu planning, and execution of diverse cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff effectively
- Proficiency in inventory control and management to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Excellent understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and provide support as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.63 - $19.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
