Receptionist
We are proud to be the first private mental health practice in Brevard County to offer a truly comprehensive approach to care. Our clinic goes beyond traditional mental health services, integrating wellness, weight loss, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and nutrition to support the whole person—mind and body.
Our expert team holds national certifications and specialized expertise in forensic mental health, child custody evaluations, competency assessments, psychoeducational testing, and psychological evaluations.
As the needs of our community evolve, we are committed to expanding and adapting our services to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
With a strong foundation in trauma-informed and solution-focused care, our clinicians are dedicated to guiding individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments.
Whether addressing mental health concerns, fostering behavioral growth, or promoting overall wellness, we strive to provide compassionate, high-quality care that empowers our clients to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Hours:
5 days per week, Monday-Friday, 3pm-8pm will be the general schedule. However, you MUST have flexibility as needed when other admin team members are out of the office. Schedule is posted monthly for 6 weeks at a time.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules patients, collaborates with insurance and office needs.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel/therapists of visitor/patient arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system with HIPPA compliance.
Taking copays/visit sessions virtually or in-person.
Expedites responses to clients and supervisor via email or phone calls.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, faxing, etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. “Face” of the company.
Keeps office space neat, tidy and pays attention to detail for creating an inviting and comfortable work environment for therapists and patients.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Handles any needs of owner or office manager.

Reception Experience In a Medical Setting REQUIRED
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Must be able to pass background and drug screen. We are a drug free workplace.
