What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Manager position at Bella Notte?
Bella Notte is looking for a high-energy person, with a flair for exceptional guest service , to manage one of our restaurants. The perfect applicant will have previous experience in coaching and training staff, along with inventory. Applicants must have open availability to work including evenings and weekends and holidays.
Core responsibilities of the Associate Manager include: control day to day operations by ordering food and supplies, developing the restaurant team, manage a team of associates, ensure company policies and local and state safety codes are enforced, control profit and loss by following cash control and security policies, maintaining inventory, motivating and training team members, and ensure 100% food quality and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide specific examples of how they have improved controlled inventory, improved guest service, managed a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company while ensuring guest satisfaction and profit maximization.
Job Qualifications : 1 year supervisory experience in a food and beverage setting, basic math and accounting skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, exceptional communication and analytical skills. Computer skills are required. Knowledge in POS & Inventory systems strongly preferred.
Must have a valid Fayette Co Manager Food Handlers Card & STARS Certification before starting date
