We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively sell and promote them.
• Assist in supervising the sales floor to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and perform retail math as needed.
• Provide guidance to fellow team members when necessary to foster a collaborative work environment.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively.
• Proficiency in computer skills is preferred.
