Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages efficiently.
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, for easy access.
- Support human resources functions by assisting with onboarding processes and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on event planning and coordination of office activities.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Oversee vendor management tasks, including communication with suppliers and service providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
