The Details :
- Hours : Roughly 9 : 30AM - 3PM (flexible)
- Availability : 3-5 days per week, including 1-2 Saturdays per month
- Attend team meetings
- Assist with store opening / closing procedures
- Maintain a "Customers First" attitude and build customer relationships
- Ensure the store is opened on time
- Build and maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products
- Ensure daily sales shift goals are met
- Understand and consistently follow store procedures and policies
- Check and respond to all customer emails and voicemails immediately
- Ensure that stock areas are clean and orderly
