Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care & Therapy: Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care.
- Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine treatment needs, co-occurring disorders, and psychosocial factors.
- Individualized Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their recovery goals.
- Collaboration & Case Management: Work closely with the clinical team, family members, and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with HIPAA, ADHS, and The Joint Commission standards.
- Client Advocacy: Empower clients through therapeutic interventions that promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention strategies.
- Program Development: Assist in refining treatment programming to align with the latest research and best practices in addiction and mental health treatment.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Arizona Licensure- Associate or Independent)
- Strong understanding of women's health, addictions, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Experience with EMDR, DBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy (or similar) is a plus.

Salary : $40 - $60
