Job Summary
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing and serving food.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-service fast food restaurant environment.
- Skills in food preparation and an understanding of café operations are beneficial.
