Front Office Coordinator is the preferred starting position for the right person looking to start a career on the Belladerma Team, with excellent career growth potential over the years up to assistant management level.
As part of our front desk team, you will be in charge of checking in patients, fielding incoming communications, managing our busy surgery & medical spa schedule, updating electronic medical record, checking on our online store, and making sure that the team is prepared each day.

Minimum Requirements
1. Attitude

2. Experience
- Must have experience in answering and transferring calls & scheduling appointments. Have excellent phone etiquette and be great at customer relations.
3. Professionalism
- Attention to details is crucial, must like a structured environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, including proper punctuation, spelling and grammar. Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to navigate nuanced conversations with customers successfully.
- Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus.
- Bachelors degree interest in beauty OR equivalent experience in a relevant field. Plastic surgery experience would be ideal, but it could also be in the hospitality or retail sales (high-end customer service).
4. Strong Computer Skills
- Type at least 50 wpm
- Very comfortable using Mac computers
- Quick learner of computer software
- Good at troubleshooting technology
- Advanced with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- We require COVID-19 vaccination in order to work onsite (and a booster for those eligible to get one).
- $17-22 depending on experience for the first year of employment with the ability to earn annual raises and bonuses after your first year.
- Current schedule for this position is Monday to Friday.
