Job Overview

As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in building relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections.
