We pride ourselves on providing safe, reliable, and friendly transportation to our valued customers between Burlington and Anacortes ferry terminal.Why Join Us?Training & Pay : Training Period : 2 weeks of hands-on training to operate mini-buses and motor coaches, customized to each employee's needs.Training Pay : $20 / hour during the training period.Post-Training Pay : After training, drivers earn $22 / hour $3 / hour in tips.Guaranteed Earnings : In your first 1,500 hours, if tips don't add up to $3 / hour, we'll cover the difference to ensure you make $25 / hour.Performance Bonuses : Driver safety bonuses available quarterly at $0.50 per hour worked.Full Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 90 days of continuous full-time service.Paid Time Off to recharge and relax.Schedule : We operate 7 days a week; you may be asked to work holidays, late evenings, mornings, and weekends.Don't have your CDL or DOT medical card yet? No problem!
