The schedule for 20-25 hours a week, 8 hour days nights and weekend shifts needed.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Schedule and book reservations by telephone for Bellair Charters/ Airporter Shuttle, Grape Line, Gold Line.
- Respond to customer emails
- Greeting customers who walk into the office
- Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business
- Assist with checking customers into buses and directing customers to the correct locations
- Assist with office janitorial/maintanence services
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to details
- Professional attitude and attire at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to handle information confidentially
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Willing to work nights & weekends
- Work 8 hour shifts
COMPENSATION:
- $19.75 to $21.00
- Training Wage $19.00
- Raises are based on skills acquired and demonstrated rather than hours worked, or seniority so get paid more the more you apply yourself.

The company contributes 75% of all healthcare benefits after a 60-day probationary period for full-time employees who average 30 hours.

SCHEDULE and LOCATION
- Part time (20-25 hours a week)
- The Ferndale office is open seven days a week from 5:30 AM until 10 PM.
