A Dermatology office located in Houston’s Inner-Loop is currently accepting applications for a: Full Time Certified Medical Assistant. All applicants MUST provide current Medical Assistant Certification

• Schedule flexibility: ability to work M-F with no hour restrictions including some Saturdays.
• High school diploma required. Medical Assistant Certification REQUIRED.

Duties

• Assisting physicians: rooming patients, obtaining history and chief complaint, documenting examination findings during visit in EMR system, assisting with medical procedures.
• Patient education: explaining medical conditions and physician recommendations, products and procedures.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dermatology: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
