Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between brand educators, class participants and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and support requests
- Facilitate communication and education-related coordination for education department
- Manage educator availability for classes and facilitate class requests between brands, sales representatives, and distributors
- Work closely and provide customer service to educators and class participants and certified stylists to ensure a seamless learning experience and provide necessary support during classes and after class through surveys and emails.
- Coordinate class logistics between educators, and the internal logistics team
- Track and report monthly education data for brand
- Manage class registrations and website listings as needed
- Support an average of 80 classes per month, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for education inquiries regarding curriculum, scheduling, and educational resources at the brand level
- Oversee the ordering, creation, and distribution of branded promotional items (swag) student certificates and Lunches for education events and class programs.
- Work with venues to secure locations for education events, ensuring alignment with budget constraints and logistical needs
- Problem-solve issues related to venue availability, scheduling conflicts, and budget limitations to ensure seamless execution of events
- Act as a point of contact when classes are in session for additional support
- Assist in the booking and scheduling of educator travel including flights, hotels and ride shares
- 1-3 years of event planning experience, preferably within the beauty industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with colleagues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce, Shopify, and Monday.com is beneficial but not required.
