Qualifications Needed for PCA:
- Personal Care Assistants(PCAs): certification NOT required.
- Must be over the age of 18
- Provides residents with personal care and assistance with other activities of daily living as needed.
- Assist with residents' meals.
- Maintains correct and confidential documentation on residents as assigned by supervisor.
- Exhibits compassion for residents and families.
