Bellanomi is a growing skincare brand focused on clean, effective products for dry, sensitive skin. We’re seeking a highly organized, action-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily operations, team management, and admin tasks alongside the CEO.

What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with the CEO to support daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Oversee employee scheduling, task delegation, and day-to-day performance
- Coach and support team members to ensure productivity and accountability
- Liaise with freelancers, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate projects and deliveries
- Manage inventory tracking and help maintain stock organization
- Assist with administrative tasks and help improve operational systems
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment
