Our company is looking for a Director, Compensation to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage execution of compensation programs such as annual merit and performance review process, bonus, and equity programs
- Efficiently manages workflow and deadlines, performs short- and long-term planning, makes policy and program recommendations, and recommends / initiates new approaches, policies and procedures to support continuous improvement.
- Consults with internal Human Resources and Finance business partners, including senior leaders and management, to ensure compensation, performance, and compliance needs.
- Analysis of the company's compensation programs policies and structures
- Recommends, Designs, and Implements changes to current compensation programs and structures.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit processes are developed, approved, and followed.
- Consult with senior leadership regarding compensation program development and interpretation
- Partner with the management team, consult and resolve compensation issues using creative and strategic approaches
- Develops creative solutions to compensation-related challenges that balance business considerations with retention and engagement objectives
- Designs, implements, and administers compensation programs, including salary structure adjustments, merit and incentive pay, designing, implementing communication strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and other aspects of the compensation program.
- Plays a critical role in the due diligence process and comprehensive reviews of all compensation and benefit plans for new ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Ensures applicable regulatory and department standards are adhered to on an on-going basis.
- Provides enterprise-wide compensation training and communication.
- Creates and generates compensation reports and analytics
- Reviews job classifications, position descriptions and market data to make recommendations with respect to job qualifications in support of company policy and organizational budgets.
- Collaborates with the business groups and Human Resources to ensure strong change management in support of compensation-related policy and procedure rollouts and / or updates.
- Develops and implements communication strategies to improve employee engagement and create a clear messaging cadence for the company's strategic growth.
- Monitors changes in the healthcare job market ensuring that the company is able to recruit, retain and reward top talent.
