NOW HIRING : Activities Director

Responsibilities Activities Director :

Plan, organize, and implement a variety of recreational programs to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of residents.

Encourage resident participation and ensure activities cater to diverse interests and abilities.

Coordinate special events, outings, and holiday celebrations.

Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to create a vibrant and inclusive activity calendar.

Supervise and support the activities team and volunteers.

Qualifications Activities Director :

Certification as an Activities Director (required).

Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

A creative mindset and a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life.
