NOW HIRING: Activity Director and Social Services Director
Responsibilities Activity Director and Social Services Director
Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Create and maintain an activity calendar, ensuring a variety of programs that meet residents' physical, social, and emotional needs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Conduct assessments to determine residents' social needs and develop individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support to residents and assist with resolving concerns or challenges.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ overall well-being.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to activities and social services.
Qualifications Activity Director and Social Services Director:
Certification as an Activity Director (required).
Experience in planning and coordinating activities, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with residents, families, and staff.
Knowledge of resident rights and care regulations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for improving the lives of residents in a caring and professional manner.
