Responsibilities Dietary Services Manager :
Manage and supervise dietary staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Develop and implement menus that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Monitor nutritional assessments and collaborate with healthcare staff to provide personalized dietary care.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding dietary services.
Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for dietary supplies.
Qualifications Dietary Services Manager :
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in dietary services management, preferably in a long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of nutrition and food service regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
