Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of top-notch care for residents while maintaining efficiency and quality.Stay on top of both state and federal regulations, ensuring the facility adheres to all necessary guidelines.Work alongside other department heads and facility leadership to achieve common goals, ensuring smooth operations throughout.Lead by example, offering guidance, training, and support to the nursing staff to foster a positive, productive team environment.Play a key role in shaping the residents’ experience, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and attention to detail.Qualifications Director of Nursing (DON) :
RN license in Ohio.Experience in nursing leadership, ideally in long-term care or skilled nursing.A passion for leading a team and providing top-quality care to residents.A strong understanding of nursing home regulations and experience handling surveys and inspections.Excellent communication and organizational skills—you’ll need to be organized, approachable, and a great problem-solver.Bellbrook Health and Rehab is an equal-opportunity employer.
