Supervisor – Real Estate Processing
LOCATION: Corporate DIVISION: CMXO
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
The Supervisor, Real Estate Processing, will support the Real Estate Processing department by overseeing process analysis, identifying best practices, and process design. Real Estate Processing includes Home Equity loan processing, reporting and funding. This position will work in collaboration with other departments and partners.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Sr Mgr – Real Estate Servicing and Processing
Supervises: Real Estate Processing staff
Contacts: All levels of credit union employees, internal and external auditors, and vendors.

1. Demonstrates Bellco’s Act Nice Behaviors and Core Values in all interactions with members, prospective members, and personnel in other Bellco departments while holding staff accountable to standards.
2. Monitors activities and production goals associated with Real Estate – Processing. Monitoring includes the day-to-day relationships, setting and defining of priorities, and establishing and monitoring service delivery, productivity, and quality standards.
3. Responsible for accuracy and completion of activities associated with the processing of all real estate processing functions.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory, and Agency requirements including but not limited to RESPA, Homeowner’s Protections Act of 1998, SCRA, Fair Credit Legislation, HMDA, and CFPB.
5. Support team’s productivity and results to maintain and meet established team & department SLAs as well as prepare recurring and special reports of lending information to various departments within the credit union.
6. Contribute to compliance, auditing, and other organization-wide initiatives while overseeing risk management through quality control monitoring, reporting, and effective self-testing.
7. Provide support ensuring timely completion of daily assignments and reporting.
8. Assisting with employment needs are met including onboarding, time reporting, annual performance evaluations, scheduling, training, and motivation.
9. Ensure member satisfaction within all loan channels and points of contact with frontline and back office staff to deliver exceptional member experience.
10. Report vendor performance and service standards to management team as necessary.
11. May lead/serve/consult on cross functional project teams.
12. Regular and punctual attendance.
Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position as business need dictates.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisor role.
- 4 years’ experience required working in a financial services lending capacity and real estate environment, preferably home equity lending.
- Knowledge of real estate lending and underwriting with an understanding of loan operating systems, strong working knowledge of DNA.
Skills:
- Must possess strong communication, organizational, presentation, member service and interpersonal skills.
- Make sound decisions based upon department procedures, company policies, knowledge, and experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while still being detailed and results oriented.
- Demonstrates strong analytical/problem solving and time-management skills
- Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Consumer and real estate origination and servicing systems
- Knowledge of Bellco’s front-line systems
- Ability to supervise and motivate employees and encourage group participation as well as individual growth
