Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations District Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all aspects of facility management are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for supplies and services
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery personnel to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods and services
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in process and control oversight, purchasing, or supply services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
