Overview
As a Wedding Planner, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day. This position will manage light set up of wedding day decor at the Reception Venue. You will collaborate with vendors, coordinate logistics, and ensure that every detail aligns with the couple's vision.
Duties
- Set up items such as card box, cake cutting set, escort cards, signage, etc.
- Work positively with caterers, florists, venue managers, rental companies, and wedding vendors.
Experience
- Proven experience in event planning or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.
- Previous experience working in hotels or hospitality settings can be beneficial.

Expected hours: 10 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekends only
