Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care services, including bathing, grooming, and assisting with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Respond to resident calls and requests for assistance
- Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas
- Participate in the orientation of new nursing assistants and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school education or equivalent
- The ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- A valid certified nurse aide license in the state
- The ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
