We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Conduct thorough custodial duties such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Execute floor care procedures including buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly.
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
