The Senior Account Executive will play an integral part in the growth of the Belle Communication brand and its client brands as a reliable and nimble member of the PR and account team. This role is best suited for a highly detailed self-starter with previous agency experience who thrives in a non-corporate, fast-paced, virtual office environment.
As Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for account leadership on a project and campaign level. This involves contributing to client strategies, managing projects and campaigns, ensuring PR and social media deliverables are met and contributing ideas to grow and maximize ROI for our client partners. The ability to stay ahead of industry trends within public relations and know current events and developments within client industries will be essential to support the overall success of the team.
In this role, you will ensure the accounts you lead stay on track by achieving coverage goals and contributing strategic recommendations to build client thought leadership across traditional and digital marketing channels. You will also have the opportunity to identify and pitch expanded scopes of work for your accounts and contribute to new business proposal ideation and in-person presentations.
To move forward at Belle to the Account Manager and Account Director roles, it's essential that team members have the ability to effectively plan, manage and implement strategic programs. Team members in the Account Manager and Account Director roles will be expected to "own" their area(s) of expertise by strategically planning and managing client programs, mentoring and managing the work of junior staff and effectively managing all client needs and expectations including budgets and goals.

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of client brand identity and goals in order to think big for our clients
- Cultivate client relationships through frequent, proactive, open and transparent communication to build trust and support client satisfaction
- Work with department heads to develop and execute project timelines and budgets
- Ensure campaign hours are optimized within client scope of work
- Bring new ideas to our client partners and team with the goal of staying ahead of industry trends and becoming a go-to resource for both clients and our team
- Ensure monthly meetings are scheduled and executed each month for client accounts you managekeeping in mind that each meeting should report results, communicate strategy and be well worth the client's time
