Belle Lynn Sourcing LLC is currently seeking an experienced Chemist / Quality Supervisor to lead dyeing and finishing operations for a well-established textile manufacturer. This individual will oversee production workflows, ensuring high-quality standards, color consistency, and compliance with safety regulations. The role requires strong technical expertise in dyeing and finishing processes, coupled with proven leadership experience in supervising teams and optimizing production efficiency. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a solid understanding of chemical handling, inventory management, and process improvement. Responsibilities
- Production Oversight & Workflow Management
Supervise all dyehouse and color lab personnel, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
Maintain color standards and consistency throughout the dyeing process.
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company and regulatory safety procedures.
Monitor and order dyes, chemicals, and production materials to avoid shortages or overuse.
Supervise dyehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring safe and efficient dyehouse operations.
Assist in other plant operations when required.
