Summary

Belle Lynn Sourcing LLC is currently seeking an experienced MS Project Server Analyst for a long-term contract position with our Government client.

This role is focused on supporting portfolio management by developing and maintaining a robust Microsoft Project Server ecosystem. The incumbent will be responsible for creating custom solutions and workflows using PSI and CSOM, integrating Project Server with other enterprise systems, and ensuring data consistency and compliance with organizational and NATO policies. In addition, the role involves developing custom reports and dashboards and providing training and ongoing technical support to optimize project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Microsoft Project Server ecosystem to support project portfolio management
• Create custom solutions and integrations using Project Server Interface (PSI) and Client-Side Object Model (CSOM)
• Design and implement custom workflows to automate project management processes
• Configure custom fields, views, and filters, and customize the Project Web App (PWA) to meet portfolio management needs
• Maintain data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems
• Integrate Project Server with other enterprise systems via APIs for a holistic view of portfolio data
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of custom solutions to ensure requirements are met
• Create tailored reports and interactive dashboards using tools like SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
• Provide training sessions and ongoing technical support to portfolio managers and their teams
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, NATO standards, and best practices in project data management

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance (NATO or Equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Research, Finance, or a related field
• Preferred certification in project management or business analysis (e.g., MSP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, PMP)
• Minimum of five years’ experience in project portfolio management, resource planning, or enterprise project data analysis
• At least five years’ experience analyzing complex project data, developing reports, and creating dashboards using MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Experience in improving project workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting project governance frameworks

Demonstrable proficiency in effective oral and written communication with business stakeholders
