Location : Boston, MA (HYBRID)
Salary : $60k - $70k Commission / Draw
Summary
Belle Lynn Sourcing LLC is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source and recruit data scientists and engineers in support of the company’s project delivery needs. This role involves building strong relationships with candidates, conducting in-depth qualification calls, and promoting career opportunities within the company and its clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a sales mentality, and proficiency in various sourcing methods and tools. They will work closely with a specialized team to drive recruitment strategies, support company growth into new markets, and ensure a high standard of talent acquisition in the rapidly expanding data science industry. Compensation includes a base salary with commission potential, alongside comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit new engineers / data scientists for project delivery
- Schedule qualification calls with prospective candidates
- Build rapport with prospective candidates
- Gather and disseminate competitive information within the delivery team
- Educate, excite, and sell candidates on career opportunities within the company
- Develop and maintain candidate flow for various teams
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
