Job Title: Housekeeper
Department: Housekeeping
Reports to: Director of Facilities Maintenance
Position Purpose: Oversee cleanliness of all facilities assigned (including but not limited to: Clubhouse, Indoor Tennis, Outdoor Tennis, pool, restrooms, fitness, and Training Facility).
Primary Functions: Cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to club standards. Keep housekeeping supply closets clean and organized. Assist in laundry services. Report any maintenance problems immediately through the “Facilities Dude” platform.
Other Functions: Perform other duties as assigned. Functions listed above are subject to change due to business volume and management needs.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Communication skills required.
Experience: No initial experience required.
Initiative / Ingenuity: Responsible for completing listed tasks to best meet operational needs. Ability to follow and communicate instructions.
Physical Demand and working conditions: Continuous standing and walking with rare sitting. Frequent reaching above shoulder, pushing, pulling and lifting/carrying 5-15 lbs. Occasional kneeling, bending and lifting/carrying 15-30 lbs. Rarely crawls, works in difficult positions and lifts/carries 31 to over 60 lbs. Continually uses dexterity and gross motor skills.
Responsible for safety of others: Reasonable care to job duties to prevent injuries to Members, guests and co-workers.
Hazards: Exposed to cleaning chemicals. Muscle strains, pulls and falls possible.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and be authorized to work in the US.
Schedule : Wednesday - Sunday 11 AM - 7:30 PM
Must be able to work well in a team environment. Lunch is provided daily.
