HR Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist will be a trusted team member who will support the development and maintenance of tactical HR operations. The Generalist will work closely with the HR Manager to process new hires and to either drive or support ongoing programs and new initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Act as the brand ambassador for Queen Gaming
- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
- Coordinates various new hire processes such as E-Verify, I-9 compliance, notification to state registry, and DOG licenses compliance.
- Performs routine filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records
- Update leadership team on upcoming new hires orientation, trainings, and properties' events and celebrations
- Maintains HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy in the system through self-audit and reports
- Serve as a trusted, confidential resource for employees across the organization
- Provide administrative support to all employees and walk-in candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two to four years HR experience preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands
- Effectively operate and work with latest standard office technology
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with ATS or HRIS a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two plus years of experience in a Human Resources office in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.
