What you'll do:
- Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings
- Gain exposure to the day to day functions and strategy of the Finance department including accounts payables, accounts receivables, budgeting and forecasting, general accounting and financial analysis
- Build relationships, make connections and network with professionals and your peers
- Share creative ideas that will help improve our business
- Assist in creating reports, analyze metrics and summarize information
- Assist in creating materials and/or presentations
- Send out communications, respond to phone calls/e-mails and overall provide support to Belle Tire retail locations
- Complete a finance related project and present final product to senior leadership
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Gain experience working within the Automotive Retail/Service industry in your field of study
