Finance Intern

The Finance Intern works directly with all functions of the Finance department to support the team and become an expert in the field.

Job Details

What you'll do:

• Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings
• Gain exposure to the day to day functions and strategy of the Finance department including accounts payables, accounts receivables, budgeting and forecasting, general accounting and financial analysis
• Build relationships, make connections and network with professionals and your peers
• Share creative ideas that will help improve our business
• Assist in creating reports, analyze metrics and summarize information
• Assist in creating materials and/or presentations
• Send out communications, respond to phone calls/e-mails and overall provide support to Belle Tire retail locations
• Complete a finance related project and present final product to senior leadership
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
