The Finance Intern works directly with all functions of the Property Management department to support the team and become an expert in the field.
Job Details : What you'll do :
- Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings
- Gain exposure to the day to day functions and strategy of the Property Management department including facilities, equipment, and property management teams
- Build relationships, make connections and network with professionals and your peers
- Share creative ideas that will help improve our business
- Assist in Maintaining store records by updating account information and established Preventative Maintenance Program
- Send out communications, respond to phone calls / e-mails and overall provide support to Belle Tire retail locations
- Complete a property management related project and present final product to senior leadership
