Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will ensure that each visitor feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize restaurant flow.
• Communicate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station, ensuring menus and materials are up-to-date.
• Assist in managing the Aloha POS system for accurate order processing.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest services and dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent food service and hospitality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
