What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Custodian position at Bellefonte School District?
Bellefonte Area School District is currently accepting applications for the position of Substitute Custodian.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities
-Clean all areas of school buildings in accordance to district standards including but not limited to floors, windows, furniture, hallways, and restrooms
-Deliver supplies and materials to intended destinations within the building
-Empties wastebaskets and picks up and removes trash within the building
Applicants:
Current Clearances Required (within past 5 years)
*Act 34 (Criminal History)
*Act 114 (FBI Fingerprint)
*Act 151 (PA Child Abuse)
*Act 126 (Mandated Reporter Training)
Clearances MUST be for employment.
Volunteer clearances will NOT be accepted.

The hired candidate will be required the following upon hire:
*Act 168 paperwork
*Current Physical (within past year of hire start date)
*Current TB test (within past 3 months of hire start date)
