Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 Bonus & Benefits

As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading our back-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back. You'll oversee kitchen staff, maintain top-tier cleanliness and food safety standards, and bring creativity to our evolving menu.
What You’ll Do- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of service.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory, and purchasing.
- Assist with menu development and introduce new creative dishes.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
- 2-3 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong skills in menu planning, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Food Handling Certificate and completion of in-house Sous Chef training (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in kitchen technology, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
